Team Background
who is bayis?
Our team is composed of 5 members from 11 - Mendeleev of Batch 2024 hailing from Manila Science High School. John Michael de Guzman is the Project Manager, while Enrique Raphael Beringuel is the Assistant Project Manager. Each of the members are a part of the foundation of this project. All of our work is divided into three committees. The Social Media Committee is spearheaded by Ma. Irisha Mae Balobalo. The Content Committee is spearheaded by Kayezia Aze Aurellano. The Creatives Committee is spearheaded by Aislee Jesika Libardo. We ensure that every material released is factual and is necessary for our cause.

BAYIS is transparent; we are completely honest and trustworthy. We strive to see that every information and future reports that will be coming from us are factual and real. We believe that honesty is necessary for success.
BAYIS is compassionate; we care not only for others but especially for the strays. In fact, everything that BAYIS stands for is founded on compassion and care for our surroundings. Not only does this project aims to provide a better world for stray animals, we also devote ourselves into achieving this goal with the welfare of others in mind by depending on sustainable resources.
BAYIS is committed. This is a program that was launched by the efforts of its extremely committed members. By supporting BAYIS, you are also supporting our stray animals advocacy. Meet the Team
PROJECT MANAGER
John Michael A. de Guzman
As project manager, their main priority is to oversee the entire project and ensure that the team is aware of what is going on in the campaign. Some of the other responsibilities under this position are: making sure that the materials to be posted are appropriate to the cause, checking if the tasks are evenly distributed, and managing and helping with the task tracker. As the project manager is also a member of the team, it is also a part of their duty to assist the members in their respective committees and responsibilities.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
ENRIQUE RAPHAEL f. bERINGUEL
As assistant project manager, their main priority is to assist the project manager in handling the overall project activities and report situations overlooked by the members. Some of the other responsibilities under this position are: checking if tasks are handled properly and affirming that they are running smoothly and on time, and helping in planning for future updates and activities of the team. As the assistant project manager is tasked more on interacting with the members, it is natural that he also assists them by reminding the deadlines.
CONTENT HEAD
KAYEZIA AZE O. AURELLANO
As the content head, they are responsible for leading the members of the content committee. This committee is tasked with collecting information that will be then put into publication materials for the public to see. It is part of their responsibility to see whether the information they are about to release is factual and neutral. They are tasked in creating reports during times when the team participates in voluntary work as well as handling financial documents when the team releases donation drives.
SOCIAL MEDIA HEAD
MA. IRISHA MAE O. BALOBALO
As the social media head, they are responsible for leading the members of the social media committee. This committee is tasked with everything connected to the management of our Facebook page and external relationships of the project. This includes the posting of the different updates to be published. It is part of their responsibility to attract the audience and pursue them in joining our advocacy. They are also tasked in reaching out to other organizations if ever the team believes that a collaboration would be beneficial.

CREATIVES HEAD
AISLEE JESIKA T. LIBARDO
As the creatives head, they are responsible for leading the members of the creatives committee. This committee is tasked with creating the publication materials to be published online and other visual aids for future activities. It is part of their responsibility to check and be aware that the designs are appropriate and eye-catching for all ages. They are tasked to make sure that they are in sync with the theme planned prior by the members.
